An upper lid blepharoplasty was performed to remove the excess upper eyelid skin. A lower lid blepharoplasty was also completed to remove bulging lower eyelid fat bags. Patient appears more rested and refreshed 4 months after surgery. His incisions are well healed without obviously visible scars. Even though this patient’s result is dramatic, he still appears natural looking. While he underwent this eyelid lift for cosmetic reasons, he states that his vision also improved once the excess upper eyelid skin was addressed.
