There is more to lip augmentation than making the lips fuller. This patient had down-turned mouth corners, thin lips with poor definition of the borders of her lips. Restylane Defyne was placed at  the mouth corner are, using the 3-angle injection approach, to lift and support the sagging oral commissures. Restylane Silk was injected along the upper and lower lip borders to enhance  lip definition. Restylane Refyne was placed into the upper and lower lips themselves to restore fullness, contour and projection. Rejuvenation of her lips required various fillers and a multi-dimensional approach.
