This patient desired a more masculine nose, but did not want to look totally different. He was bothered by the prominent hump and hanging tip. Although he wanted his hump removed, correction was achieved by increasing tip projection, thus bringing the tip further away from the face. In doing so, the hump became less prominent. A small hump was, however, left intact to give the finishing touch which resulted in a stronger profile. The final outcome is a natural, yet masculine look.
