This patient was treated with Sculptra for the volume loss in her temples and malar cheeks to restore a more balanced facial appearance. Volumization of her temples also gave her a more awake appearance, made her eyes appear less narrow and softened the bony appearance of her outer brow bone. Many patients underestimate the value of restoring volume to hollow temples. Treatment of hollow temples should be combined with treatment of the malar cheeks for a more balance, natural appearance.
