Patient safety is our top priority. A double face mask is REQUIRED and must cover both the mouth and nose. A face shield may not be used as a substitute. Even if you have already had COVID and/or been vaccinated, you must comply with all COVID safeguards to respect the safety of other patients and all office personnel.
