This patient was bothered by her tired looking eyes and bags under her eyes. An upper and lower lid blepharoplasty eliminated the prominent fat bags under her eyes and gave her a less tired and more refreshed appearance. It is noteworthy that incisions are undetectable and her eyelids look natural.
