This patient received a 4-D Liquid Face-lift consisting of Bellafill to lift the depressed mouth corners using Dr. Mandal’s signature 3-angle approach as well as to plump the residual marionette or puppet lines. Restylane was superficially layered to fill in superficial lines and depressions. The overall effect resulted not only in softening of lower facial lines but also has given the appearance of a jowl lift.
