This patient was treated with a combination of fillers. Bellafill was placed in her upper cheeks as well as in her submalar or lower cheeks to restore volume and diminish the the lower facial deflation and lift sagging of the jowls. Bellafill was also injected into the downturned mouth corners, using the 3-angle injection approach, to lift the mouth corners, thus taking away a sad-looking appearance to the mouth. Sculptra was used in a more superficial plane to soften deep lower facial lines. The fine upper lip lines were treated with a combination of Restylane Silk and Infini RF.
